Frame height generally 2440 – refer plans
All step out walls to have bulkheads i.e. not raked or supported on overhangs (L.Skinner 26.11.10)
Frames 90mm @ 600 cts only
Check beam locations due to slight variations in models if using an existing job
CSD’s = 2 x width + 60mm + pack stud in a 90mm frame 2160 H/H (C.Tadman)
Generally N2 wind loads if not noted on purchase order check with Mark Butler

Internal door head height 2100 including wet areas!
35mm internal door jambs located 35mm off junctions (07.08.09)
External entry / L’dry / L’dry combo door head height 2120.
External entry doors with side lights to be 1320 or 1230 stud opening width. Check plans and ensure to scale. If unsure increase width & provide pack studs.
ASD’s as per manufacturers stud openings sizes.
Brace outside wet areas

Check on purchase order. Any discrepancies notify Mark Butler
Every job should have a window schedule
Where Southern Star windows are used provide 60mm to height and width on manufacturers sizes (L.Skinner 13/08/15)
For A & L windows 22.5 degree roof pitch and tiled roof the head height is 2190mm
Head height for 2740 high frames is 2175mm unless shown or noted otherwise.
Window head height for jobs with northlight trusses (Kakadu Model) and 10-15 degree roof pitch with infill over windows is 2125mm unless shown or noted otherwise
Windows at drop-off unless shown otherwise
