Final Check

• Case 100 x 75 temp props only in garage before brickwork goes up
• 100 x 25 sill supports
• Designed garage door beams – provide full length of garage (no temporary beams) all other garage beams 170 LVL
• All beams and posts to be structural – no temp beams or posts to be supplied
• Replace steel beams with timber if possible – advise Ma Kn
• Supply dressed posts only when exposed and full length 135mm x 135mm as indicated (A Brady 16/10/19)
