Enter job\u00a0Eqa\u00a0on the\u00a0Eqa\u00a0line\u00a0(2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0line).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"251\" height=\"94\" src=\"blob:https:\/\/sadlernet.com\/378ec59a-5113-4ab4-98e7-a22dc513725f\">\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>F1 to move to next screen\u00a0which is the\u00a0transport\u00a0Diary.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You may need to hit F6 to add a new transport diary note if one already exists.\u00a0Change the\u00a0No to Yes to print comments on truck manifest.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>F1 to move to Notes.&nbsp;Enter&nbsp;maximum&nbsp;truss dimensions to let transport know if it is long or wide load.&nbsp;Make sure to look through trusses&nbsp;to ensure&nbsp;height on costing report is&nbsp;accurate.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>F1 to move to next screen.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>F1\u00a0Brings up\u00a0<em>Import Manufactured Item<\/em>\u00a0screen. F1 to continue with yes selected.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It\u00a0Brings up\u00a0<em>Warning<\/em>\u00a0about manufactured product not linked\u00a0to work centre. Hit F1 to continue past warning.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brings up\u00a0<em>Select manufactured Item<\/em>\u00a0screen. Ensure PTRUSS is selected. This will import the job manufacture materials behind the PTRUSS item.\u00a0F1 to continue to next screen.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brings up\u00a0<em>Select File type<\/em>\u00a0screen. Choose\u00a0number\u00a0<em>2\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0Pryda Roof Detailing\u00a0trs<\/em>\u00a0and F1 to continue\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brings up\u00a0<em>Import Detail File<\/em>\u00a0screen. Change the job number shown to match the name given to the job from which you exported the Prostix data file.\u00a0\u00a0<br>E.g.\u00a0\u00a0\/Prostix\/live\/dmp\/detail\/12345678.trs\u00a0(change to\u00a0match detailed number\u00a0if needed)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If there is an error\u00a0stating\u00a0<em>file does not<\/em>\u00a0exist then the file has not been exported, or the name\u00a0doesn\u2019t\u00a0match the detailed number, or\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0exported to the wrong location.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If there is an error\u00a0stating\u00a0items already exist press Y to\u00a0delete\u00a0and replace with the imported file. Enter the date by typing 6 numbers.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter truss detailer initials beside owner.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Priority 00\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ready for picking slip is NO at this stage until Final Check is typed up.\u00a0It will show YES if the final check has been signed off.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Job has now been signed off&nbsp;and ready to sign off the final check.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FINAL CHECKING&nbsp;\u2013 (Prostix Ancillaries)&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work out all ancillaries.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to Prostix:\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Option 1. Prostix Live\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1. Sales Order Processing\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5. Job Processing\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select\u00a0<em>\u2018Find by job number\u2019<\/em>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter job number and delivery section (Truss delivery section\u00a0is normally the last two numbers of the job name)\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select\u00a0<em>\u2018Order Details\u2019<\/em>\u00a0from the right-side menu that appears in the sales Order Screen.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This brings up\u00a0<em>Which Section?<\/em>\u00a0Screen. For trusses you will\u00a0generally put\u00a0everything into\u00a0<em>section\u00a010 \u2013 Trusses and\u00a0Ancil.<\/em>\u00a0These sections relate to the purpose of the ancillaries.\u00a0Will be a * beside it if there are items inside.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brings up the\u00a0<em>order details<\/em>\u00a0screen. For a truss job you will see a PTRUSS item in the list of products. If there is no PTRUSS then check you are in the right job number, delivery section, and Order Section.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter ancillaries into the list.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"7\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the PTRUSS and go into it. Check all the exported materials and transport are inside. When you exit with F4 a costing box appears. Enter the truss cost from costing report plus cartage as the cost price.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"8\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When ancillaries are finished hit F4 a few times until you return to first menu\u00a0&#8211;<em>\u2018Prostix Open Enterprise V4\u2019<\/em>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"9\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Now go into:\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0Production Scheduling\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0Job Processing\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0Job Order Processing\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1FC \u2013 Final Check.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"10\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Find job in list by typing job number or up\/down arrows\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"11\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hit F7.
